All our products come from local suppliers. The wine is supplied by Les Vins Testuz in Lavaux, the charcuterie by Buure Metzg in Gstaad, the caviar by Oona in Frutigen and the beer by Rugenbräu in Interlaken.
With the exception of champagne, snacks and the vegetarian plate
